- Our 1814 polyester urethane foam is a 1.4 PCF / 22.4 kg/m³ open cell material designed for various applications. This foam is considered a non-clickable urethane, meaning the edges of the foam remain pinched when die cut. 1814 is one of the most common open cell foams used when flame laminating materials together. This material is soft and offers good flexibility and stretch characteristics.1814Kanban InventoryShore HardnessDensity

Service Temperature - Our 1816C polyester urethane foam is a 1.7 PCF / 27.2 9 kg/m³ open cell material designed for various applications. This foam is considered a clickable urethane, meaning the edges of the foam will open when die cut. The edges will not remain pinched. 1816C is one of the most common open cell foams used when flame laminating materials together. This material offers a more firm feel and offers less flexibility and stretch characteristics than the 1814 & 1816B.1816CKanban InventoryShore HardnessDensity
