Our PL double-sided differential adhesive system uses a 1.5 mil high-tack, low dead load acrylic adhesive on the exposed side and a 1.3 mil high-tack rubber based adhesive on the user side. Our PQ adhesive is one of our most popular acrylic systems for automotive applications. PQ is a double-coated, high tack, high shear, modified acrylic adhesive. The liner side exhibits good adhesion to metal, painted surfaces and high / low surface energy plastics. The laminating side adhesive bonds securely to a wide variety of foams with different formulas such as EPDM, neoprene, polyolefin and polyurethane foams. The coat weight for PQ is 1.5 mil over 2.5 mil with a 0.5 mil mylar carrier.

Our SB adhesive is a double-coated high-performance differentially coated pressure-sensitive adhesive, with a 1.4 mil rubber-based liner side and a 1.8 mil acrylic-based exposed side. SB provides good adhesion to difficult substrates such as polyolefins, powder coated paints, and E-coated paints.

SD uses a 1 mil tissue carrier to provide conformability and some dimensional stability during the end-use application. The special acrylic adhesive provides excellent wet-out to low surface energy plastics while maintaining heat resistance and shear properties.

Our SE adhesive is a double-coated high performance solvent acrylic system, with 1.5 mil coat weight on each side of a 0.5 mil mylar carrier. SE was developed to promote excellent wet-out to a variety of substrates, particularly low surface energy plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, powder coated paints, and E-coated paints, while maintaining necessary chemical and heat resistance with high shear properties for a multitude of applications.
