Our QD adhesive is a differential system consisting of a removable 0.7 mil acrylic adhesive on the liner side and a cold temperature 1.7 mil rubber adhesive on the air side. The rubber adhesive bonds extremely well to polyethylene and low surface energy surfaces, as well as dry surfaces down to 20 degrees F.

Our QD adhesive is a differential system consisting of a removable 0.7 mil acrylic adhesive on the liner side and a cold temperature 1.7 mil rubber adhesive on the air side. The rubber adhesive bonds extremely well to polyethylene and low surface energy surfaces, as well as dry surfaces down to 20 degrees F.

Application & Features:

  • Liner Side Adhesive: Removable acrylic adhesive – low peel and high shear properties. Used as “removable” adhesive from glass, stainless steel, polished aluminum, etc.
  • Air Side Adhesive: Cold temperature rubber adhesive – medium peel and shear with low tack properties. Bonds extremely well to polyethylene and low surface energy surfaces. Bonds to dry surfaces down to 20 degrees F.

Material Samples

Kanban material samples are available in 12" x 12" swatches. If a sample needs to be cut to a custom thickness, size or shape, simply let us know.
