Our PL double-sided differential adhesive system uses a 1.5 mil high-tack, low dead load acrylic adhesive on the exposed side and a 1.3 mil high-tack rubber based adhesive on the user side. The 0.5 mil mylar carrier provides excellent stability during die cutting and end use. PL works well with some PVC, urethanes, neoprene closed cell rubber products, cork and rubber composites

Applications & Features:
- PL works well with some PVC and neoprene closed cell rubber products; also with cork and rubber composites as well as with many urethane foams.
- Offers the advantages of an acrylic laminating adhesive on one side of a polyester film and a synthetic rubber based
adhesive on the end user’s side. - The polyester carrier offers excellent dimensional stability for die cutting
- Engineered to bond to most foams, sponges, and rubbers
