Plastazote LD45FR is a closed-cell, cross-linked polyethylene foam blended with a flame retardant. It has a nominal density of 2.8 PCF / 45 kg/m³. It is manufactured with Zotefoams’ unique chemical-free nitrogen infusion process, producing an environmentally friendly product with low VOCs. It is available in sheet form and can be thermoformed into different shapes. It has a cell size of 0.4 mm and a thermal conductivity of 0.043 W/m.K.
