Bond Build-up Increases as a function of time and temperature – very high initial adhesion
Humidity Resistance High humidity has minimal effecton bond strength- strength is generally higher after exposure for 7 days @ 90°F and 90% relative humidity
Water Resistance Immersion in water has no apprciable effect on the bond strength
– after 100 hrs at room temp. bond actually shows an increase in strength
Temp. Cycling Resistance Bond generally increases after cycling four times through: 4 hrs @ 158°F ; 4 hrs @ -20°F ; and 4 hrs at 73°F
U.V. Resistance Not adversely affected by exposure
Chemical Resistance Numerous chemicals including oil, mild acids and alkalies
Heat Resistance up to 150°F (days, weeks) – up to 250°F (minutes, hours)
Shelf Life 2 yr. from date of purchase if properly stored at room temp.
