Bond Build-upIncreases as a function of time and temperature – very high initial adhesion
Humidity ResistanceHigh humidity has minimal effecton bond strength- strength is generally higher after exposure for 7 days @ 90°F and 90% relative humidity
Water ResistanceImmersion in water has no appreciable effect on the bond strength
– after 100 hrs at room temp. bond actually shows an increase in strength
Temp. Cycling ResistanceBond generally increases after cycling four times through:
4 hrs @ 158°F ; 4 hrs @ -20°F ; and 4 hrs at 73°F
U.V. ResistanceNot adversely affected by exposure
Chemical ResistanceNumerous chemicals including oil, mild acids and alkalies
Heat Resistanceup to 150°F (days, weeks) – up to 250°F (minutes, hours)
