Our 5420 foam is a black closed-cell 3.1 – 6.2 PCF / 50 – 100 kg/m³ EPDM 2A1 /RE41 grade product and contains no Sulphur. This material is used in automotive electrical components due to its high resistance to corrosion. 5420 EPDM has good UV resistance capabilities and is suitable to outdoor applications. It has a very good Air+UV resistance and an Ozone Resistance of 48H/200pphm.
