Our 1231 elastomeric blended foam is used in a wide variety of tape, sealing and gasket applications. It comes in Black and has a 4 – 9 PCF / 64 – 144 kg/m³ density range and is a 2C1 grade of foam. Service temperature range is – 40 °F to 150 °F for high continuous use or 200 °F (high intermittent use). The foam can be used for UL50 & UL50E Gaskets & Seals. It has a Resilience rate of 15% and a Fluid Immersion rate of 250%.
